We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at American Craft Brewery, LLC. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including forklifts and other machinery
  • Perform quality checks and testing to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Conduct sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work autonomously to perform operational, cleaning, inspection, and minor lubrication tasks as required
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth production
  • Assist other operators and departments in training, repair work, and equipment operation as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in high-speed CPG manufacturing
  • Forklift experience and proficiency with computer systems and automated equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and accurately utilize company systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
