  5. Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms to management promptly.
  6. Handle lost and found items according to established policies.
  7. Adhere to sustainability practices in line with the cleaning program.
  8. Maintain safe working habits and comply with health and safety regulations.
  9. Assist with lobby and common area duties as needed.
  10. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or related training is required. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.

Work Environment:

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays. The role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and using cleaning supplies.
