Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling of future appointments and ensure seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Registration of patients and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist doctors and nurses in basic medical care and provide support as needed.
  • Data entry of patients' particulars into the hospital system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing patients with information and support.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • No experience needed, as full training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to start work immediately and commit to a flexible schedule.
