TotalMed Case Management Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospice setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in a hospice setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Experience in hospice care or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
