Job Description

As a Field Technician at DISH, you will represent our brand in customers' homes daily, delivering top-notch customer experiences and expanding our reach through expert installations and consultations on smart home possibilities.

You will be trained to lead the charge in providing world-class service, ensuring an excellent customer experience while working towards achieving our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
  • Ability to stand on high ladders for extended periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in various climate conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Flexibility to travel as required
