Job Title: STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) - Night Shift

Stonespring of Dayton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) to join our team on a night shift basis. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with daily hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help residents with positioning, turning, and transportation.
  • Respond to resident calls in a timely manner and observe, report, and respond to changes in resident conditions.
  • Document care in resident's electronic medical record and attend required in-services and educational events.
  • Assist residents with daily meals and provide a positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly.
Requirements:
  • Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus.
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly.
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care.
