Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for the road.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in vehicle maintenance. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a positive experience as you fuel and wash their vehicles
- Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates
- Develop your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work outside
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended lengths of time throughout their scheduled working period
- The associate is required to use their hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or otherwise operate required tools or controls
- The associate must be able to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
- The associate must be able to safely work in all weather conditions
- The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
