About Us

Located at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, we have been serving Virginia for over twenty years. We specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of munitions and training simulations.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing. Additionally, they should be proficient in Minitab or similar data analysis software, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Time and Motion studies.

A background in Kaizen events, Root Cause Analysis, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and motivate employees to achieve quality and service objectives.
