Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Scientist to join our Immuno-oncology group. Our collaborative and interdisciplinary research team utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and innovative methodologies to advance medicines into the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, analyze, and interpret in vitro and in vivo immunological assays to support drug candidate projects.
- Evaluate new technologies and develop new assays to accelerate early-stage discovery activities and enhance our understanding of disease mechanisms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with colleagues in oncology, protein engineering, chemistry, translational medicine, biomarker, and clinical groups.
- Presents research findings and recommendations to senior staff.
- Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in immunology, immuno-oncology, cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry in industry or academia.
- Direct experience in research drug discovery and target identification/validation in oncology or immuno-oncology is highly desirable.
- Experience in conducting and optimizing cell-based assays, as well as performing studies to assess immune responses in human and animal models.
- Hands-on experience in general molecular and cell biology methods, including mammalian cell culture, multi-color flow cytometry, western blot, ELISA/Luminex/MSD, and CRISPR technology.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and record keeping skills is a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
