- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate effectively with all service personnel to support direct patient services.

Compensation:
$30.10 per hour
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR certification is necessary.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability are required.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in medical systems are necessary.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as fax machines and copiers is required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
- Strong organizational, planning, and independent working skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively within a team.
