Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team at JobsRUs. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing excellent customer service to employees and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit payroll before submission to Corporate payroll processor
  • Run reports from the HR software
  • Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters
  • Coordinate and process irregular payments
  • Assist with communications to employees regarding changes in payroll
  • Maintenance and entry into the commission system, driver and warehouse payroll
  • Ensure time keeping system is kept up to date by Associates and Supervisors
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software - UKG platform
  • Responsible for the Associate payroll life cycle - from Hire to Termination
  • Meets deadlines and maintains accurate pay records to ensure timely and accurate pay for associates
Working Conditions

This is a temp to perm opportunity, working onsite (not hybrid). The shift for this role is Monday - Friday, generally speaking 8a-5p, 40 hours/wk - some flexibility with start & end times.
