About the Role:
The Residential Painting Specialist paints and applies wall coverings to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. This role requires preventive maintenance, providing service and painting touch-ups for guest rooms, buildings, parking areas, signage, curbs, and all painted surfaces. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform all painting duties for facilities and guest rooms, including drywall and tile repairs.
