Outpatient Dialysis Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team as a Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a team of nursing professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. You will also be involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as monitoring the performance of the team and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Supervisor, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care that meets their individual needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of nurses in the provision of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in nursing, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to mentor and train junior staff members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and current clinical practices.
