Position Overview:
The role involves maintaining cleanliness in various areas such as entryways, restrooms, breakrooms, and meeting spaces within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.
2. Sanitize breakroom surfaces including tables and sinks.
3. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in restrooms, entryways, and breakrooms.
4. Ensure conference rooms are organized and tidy.
5. Replenish soap and hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the facility.
6. Clean restroom facilities including stall dividers, toilets, urinals, light fixtures, and doors.
7. Maintain cleanliness of drinking fountains in production areas.
8. Monitor and maintain basic inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading measurement tools.
- Capable of performing basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions with common sense understanding.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and move items weighing up to or exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift, which may last between 8 to 10 hours.

Work Environment:
- Employees should be prepared to work in varying Iowa climate conditions, including heat and cold.
- The position may involve fast-paced tasks and exposure to elevated noise levels.
- There may be exposure to paint fumes and cleaning chemicals; appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be provided as per OSHA regulations.
