We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the supervising SLP in providing speech and language therapy to students.
- Implement treatment plans as designed by the SLP.
- Support students in both individual and group settings.
- Document student progress and report to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance student communication skills.
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
- Valid state SLPA license or certification.
- Experience in a school setting is beneficial, but not required.
- W2 contract with competitive pay.
- Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Close collaboration with experienced SLPs.
