Job Summary:

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We take a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to build skills and maximize independence for individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with physical therapy principles and outpatient policies and procedures.
Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, and enhance client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
