**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer service support to our organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.

This role is responsible for ensuring excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes

• Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes

• Assist customers in the showroom with questions and order placement

• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone and face-to-face in the showroom

• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues

• Restock the showroom and perform cycle counts as required

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferred

• Building Materials industry experience a plus

• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Team-oriented, shows initiative

• Strong sense of drive and creativity

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory

• High School graduate, some college courses preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
