Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description: As a Waterway Expedition Specialist with Pursuit Collection, you will lead fly-fishing expeditions on scenic rivers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your duties will include navigating row rafts and drift boats, assisting with fishing gear, and educating guests about local ecosystems.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience as a whitewater guide is essential
  • Previous fly-fishing guiding experience is also required
  • Completion of a recognized guide school program
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
