Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care that improves patients' mobility and overall quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Implementing tailored treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and reduce discomfort.
  • Leading patients through specific exercises designed to restore movement and strength.
  • Administering therapeutic modalities such as massage, stretching, and the use of assistive devices.
  • Educating and supporting patients and their families about post-treatment care and home exercise programs.
  • Monitoring patients' progress and communicating key insights to supervising Physical Therapists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure.
