Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on improving our pharmacy and back-end solutions, with a strong emphasis on process development and standardization. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and scalability in our core operations, directly impacting our ability to serve patients and grow our business.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Helping manage the product roadmap for back-end systems and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
  • Leading initiatives to improve and optimize our pharmacy and back-end solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Conducting thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Working closely with designers to prepare tangible solutions based on requirements
  • Working directly with software engineers to develop and enhance software solutions that support our pharmacy operations & other back end solutions
  • Rigorously testing products and features to ensure high-quality user experiences and identifying areas for improvement
  • Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive healthcare benefits, retirement plans, free snacks, beverages, and catered lunch daily, and a work & play culture.
