Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analyses to identify the root causes of issues.

Lead the design and execution of Acceptance, System Level, Integration, and Unit test phases, emphasizing test automation to support Behavior Driven Development.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
Experience with SAFe or other large-scale Agile implementations is essential.
Proficiency in Java is required.

Preferred Skills:
Previous Poly clearance is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with government clients and other contractors.
Capability to negotiate solutions among functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.).
Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills through relevant work experience.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with tools such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright or Selenium, Grafana, Prometheus, Junit, and experience with MBSE tools.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $128,000 - $238,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
