Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at LADGOV CORPORATION. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and managing clinic workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing services consistent with licensure.
- Enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Manage clinic workflow and ensure patients are placed in examination rooms in a timely manner.
- Promote systems to improve access and continuity of care.
- Mentor staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions that improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform a variety of specialized clinical support skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and skills in interpersonal communication.
Education/Experience:
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license and registration in the state.
- Bachelor's degree in a health care occupation.
- Authorization for prescriptive authority is required.
