As a weekend program nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide individualized care to residents
- Communicate with residents and their families to ensure they are aware of their care plan
- Participate in weekend program activities and events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Nebraska
- Active CPR Certification
- High personal integrity and a passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
