GHR Healthcare, LLC PM Acute Team 4 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the operating room and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the OR Board and ensure efficient use of resources
- Implement and maintain the Efficiency Matrix to optimize patient flow
- Manage and troubleshoot EPIC systems
- Develop and implement staff scheduling and case scheduling processes
- Attach preference cards and ensure accurate patient information
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper functioning
Requirements:
- Active NJ RN License
- BSN degree
- 8+ years of Trauma level 1 experience required
- 2+ years of flow manager experience
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality monitoring
