We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Analyst to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Loan Operations function, you will be responsible for evaluating multifamily loan requests and assisting the Underwriting management team in their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming exhibits, narratives, and packages on new loan requests.
- Assist with the review of field underwriting submissions in preparation for the loan committee and final delivery of investor packages.
- Gather underwriting due diligence information and integrate real estate information from market research reports and other third-party sources.
- Perform property and market-level due diligence.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills.
