About the Role:

Your duties will include ensuring seamless customer service, driving sales growth through effective strategies, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales floor, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance
• Supervise and train new hires, as well as ongoing staff development
• Collaborate with inventory managers to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking
• Foster positive relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
