Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure, portion, and prepare all food items in a timely manner.
  • Maintain appropriate food temperatures and ensure safe food storage practices.
  • Execute opening, closing, and ancillary tasks following established protocols.
  • Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
  • Adhere to waste management guidelines and document all food waste.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Capability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
  • Basic mathematical skills for recipe measurements and proportions.
  • No formal education credentials required.
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend various food items.
  • Ability to lift heavy pans, up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen machinery.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Work in a hot and humid environment.
Shift Details

Available shifts include day, evening, holidays, and weekends, typically spanning 8 hours with overtime as necessary.
