Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team at Aveda in Skokie, IL. As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the team to ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail industry experience is desirable, but not required.
