Physician Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to lead our ED team at SCP Health. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring colleagues, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $280,000-$330,000, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Lead regular team meetings and provide feedback to promote professional growth and development.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and patient-centered care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine Physician, with a proven track record of leadership and mentorship. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong foundation in emergency medicine.
