Job Title: Water Safety Specialist

Company Overview:
Manheim Township is seeking a highly skilled and certified water safety specialist to join our team. As a water safety specialist, you will be responsible for providing coaching and instruction for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential.

Salary:$35,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans for swimmers of various age and developmental levels.
  • Assess swimming competencies for each level and make recommendations for placement in appropriate classes.
  • Teach swimming skills consistent with age and developmental level.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certification as a water safety instructor or willingness to obtain certification within six months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
