**Job Description:** Mental Health Program Director for Interventional Support

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Program Director to lead our Interventional Behavior Health Services (IBHS) team at Full Scope Home Care Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, experience in program development and implementation, and excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in providing mental health services, including treatment for children and adolescents. They must be currently licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification, clinical social worker or BSC.

Responsibilities include collaborating with management to develop and implement evidence-based intervention programs, providing clinical consultation to teams, developing systems for monitoring and evaluating service delivery, and preparing reports and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and functional behavioral assessment
  • Experience in administering programs, staff training, and supervision
  • Familiarity with Pennsylvania regulations, procedures, and policies regarding consent and service delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
