  • Receiving and Unloading: Receive and unload incoming materials and verify their quantities and conditions against purchase orders.
  • Storage: Properly store materials in designated locations, ensuring they are easily accessible and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from production lines, workstations, storage areas, and loading docks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping instructions.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary documentation for receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials and debris.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely material flow.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification may be required).
