Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Custodian to join our team at the Developmental Disabilities Institute. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our buildings, ensuring a healthy and productive environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain internal and exterior cleanliness of assigned buildings
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of entire buildings, including common areas and facilities
  • Keep buildings stocked with necessary supplies, including paper goods and cleaning products
  • Assist with setup and teardown of facility events
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Custodian, School, Senior, and Property Management teams
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in custodial services or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
