Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our dining services team to deliver exceptional food quality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of dietary aides, cooks, and dishwashers to ensure efficient and effective food production and service.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food safety protocols to meet client and resident needs.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition.
- Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification.
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
- Basic computer skills with ability to maintain records and complete reports.
