Solutions Sales Executive

Metasys Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Solutions Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships across enterprise and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging your network to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our services, addressing client concerns to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identify new opportunities, and forge partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, or Digital Solutions, with a proven ability to generate and close deals.
  • Established connections in mid-market or enterprise sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively.
