Job Title: Communications Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Strategist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role:

• Create and execute communications plans and deliverables for the enterprise, including press releases, webpages, newsletters, internal team messaging, PowerPoint decks, company briefings/events, and other areas as needed.
• Act as our corporate storyteller, highlighting how our culture, history, and track record differentiate us as an employer, acquisition partner, and organization.
• Cultivate, create, and publish newsworthy stories, videos, and more across our portfolio of companies.
• Work cross-departmentally to design and create internal communications reporting on business results, goals, and progress on major initiatives.
• Conduct interviews and lead any PR-related activities.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills across written, oral, and digital media.
• Experience working with website design and enhancement.
• Solid understanding of SEO, AI-generated content, video production, social media, PowerPoint, and other core communication/marketing tools.
• Experience with email marketing, promotional offers, and successful CTA strategies.
• Experience dealing with media relations.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
