We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding new nurses through their orientation process and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in our fast-paced Emergency Department.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RN with 3-5 years of experience in ED Nursing to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the careers of our new nursing graduates. Responsibilities
  • Makes daily rounds on orientees' patients: coaches and encourages critical thinking of orientees
  • Guides clinical discussions focused on patient care
  • Uses evidence as basis for practice, patient care decisions, and teaching
  • Coordinates orientees' schedules to accommodate classes, testing, competency validation, and other orientation-based events
  • Participates in orientee meetings and provides feedback to orientees and unit leadership
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $38.20-$59.21 per hour, based on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
