Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis center.

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Perform various duties, such as testing water for chlorine, calibrating tools, and setting up hemodialysis machines
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working around blood and needles
• Ability to lift minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
