Job Title: Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conservatorships, estate planning, and trust administration.

Key Responsibilities

• ">
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and concerns.">
• Matter Management: Independently manage conservatorship and estate planning matters from start to finish.">
• Court Documents: Prepare petitions and other court-related documents.">
• Court Appearances: Make court appearances.">
• Client Advisement: Advise clients on issues related to conservatorships, estate planning, and public benefits planning.">
• Estate Planning: Draft comprehensive estate plans, including revocable living trusts, special needs trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, and property transfer documents.">
• Firm Development: Participate in business social activities and presentations that generate new clients and/or more legal work for the firm.">
• Case Management: Perform administrative functions related to case management.">

Requirements and Qualifications

• ">
• Licenses: Licensed to practice in California; good standing with the State Bar.">
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.">
• Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct legal research, analyze case law, and stay up-to-date with changing laws.">
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.">
• Organization and Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.">
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic.">

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $150,000 per year.
