Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Position patients to capture the appropriate images.
  • Administer contrast materials as needed.
  • Prepare and operate CT scan equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT(RT)(CT) certification required.
  • 1 year of diagnostic experience preferred.
  • Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
