We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with Internal medicine or primary care experience to provide primary care services as an outside consultant in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to residents in SNF or ALF
- Collaborate with onsite nursing staff to improve patient function and quality of life
- Treat patients exclusively at a designated SNF or ALF
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
- SNF or post-acute experience (preferred)
- 6 Months Work Experience
- Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma State
