Gravesite Groundskeeper

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of La Vista Memorial Park, including mowing grass, trimming markers, and operating heavy equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs without any physical limitations or issues
• Two years of landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to operate hand-held tools and equivalent, including shovels, rakes, measuring tapes, lawn mowers, weed trimmers, and leaf blowers
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 48 hours paid sick time per year, employee discounts, vacation pay (includes birthday and one personal day), and bonuses.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime paid on Saturdays and Sundays. Most federal holidays are paid.
