NSI Industries is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all production equipment, including power presses and fabricating equipment
  • Fabricate and install safety guards on machines
  • Die setup in power presses
  • Assist with large production jobs
  • Design and build dies from part prints or sample parts
  • Troubleshoot production tooling/dies and make necessary repairs
  • Design and build machine tools, cutting tools, and other tools used for manufacturing
  • Work on prototypes for the Engineering Department
  • Form grinding
  • Check tooling and supply measurements to the Engineering Department
  • Set up dies
  • Work with Power Presses
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent trade school
  • Minimum of 2-3 years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to operate a forklift and/or material handling equipment
  • Math skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
