We're looking for an experienced professional to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). As a key member of our team, you will apply your expertise in Business Information Systems and SharePoint to drive program and project planning and tracking.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with clients and analysts to gain a deep understanding of business processes and developing optimal solutions to meet their needs.
  • Translating business requirements into detailed user, functional, and systems requirements.
  • Developing subject matter expertise for assigned systems and related business processes.
  • Testing new software and software changes to ensure they meet specifications and customer expectations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • An active U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance.
  • No less than 6 years of combined SharePoint and Microsoft Power BI experience, including:
    • 2+ years of SharePoint experience, with skills in creating architecture and design UIs, facilitating basic SharePoint functionality, converting list data into exportable formats, and creating workflows and status indication pages.
    • 3+ years of Microsoft Power BI experience, with skills in architecting and designing UIs, converting data sets into visualizations, and developing data refresh capabilities.

Preferred qualifications include Mission Assurance training and auditing skills, experience with policy and procedure development, and Microsoft Power BI Certification.
