Job Summary:

The Receptionist position at Cantex Continuing Care Network is a vital role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Receptionist, you will provide secretarial and clerical support to the Administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and receiving/delivering messages
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area
  • Preparing and typing correspondence for the Administrator and department heads
  • Maintaining effective filing systems and compiling reports as needed
  • Processing and submitting invoices for payment
  • Distributing mail and completing employee paperwork
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Typing skills of 40 wpm or more are necessary
  • A working knowledge of common office machines is required
  • Computer skills, including Kronos, are essential
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
