Fire Grill Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Grill Specialist to join our culinary team at the IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food orders with precision and attention to detail.

• Prepare and cook food orders according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Cleanliness of work station and storage areas is crucial to maintain health and safety standards.
• Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.

• A minimum of six (6) months of experience as a hibachi cook or similar role is required.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds safely.
• Ongoing physical demands include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
• Must obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Our estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
