Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher. As a key member of our center staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
