Job Summary

This Retail General Manager position oversees high-volume retail facilities, driving business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
  • Meeting customer expectations
  • Conducting meetings with subordinate employees
  • Fostering effective vendor relationships
The successful candidate will build, coach, manage, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training perspectives. Additional responsibilities include:Driving salesManaging team membersTracking inventoryProviding customer servicePerforming P&L analysis
