Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate and maintain corrugated packaging machinery to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Production Optimization: Maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime to meet production targets.
  • Training and Development: Train and assist new team members with their job duties and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, basic math skills, and ability to use measurement equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, bend, reach, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
