Stewarding Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team. As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of stewards in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens and restaurant kitchenware. You will also assist with banquet plate-ups, banquet organization, and other tasks as needed.

• Lead a team of stewards in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens and restaurant kitchenware
• Assist with banquet plate-ups, banquet organization, and other tasks as needed
• Ensure water temperatures and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented in compliance logs
• Attend banquet meetings to understand event expectations and delegate to stewarding team as necessary

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in stewarding
• Ability to consistently lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
